I sent Teddy a message, not expecting any response since it was outside of normal business hours. I explained to him that this Shawl would be placed on my mom for her funeral. Teddy went way above and beyond for my family. He sent this overnight without charging us. He even refunded us and told us to put the money towards her funeral as we did.
